Maintenance
As part, and in contingency, to the routine processes QA-Base team is providing to our clients, and after finalizing implementation of relevant processes as implementation of QMS, receiving CE/ FDA/CFA/AMAR/ etc, receiving the ISO certificate, supplier approvals, etc, we will provide routine support to the customer.
From our experience, after finalizing the relevant quality and regulatory alliances with the standards, approx. half day work per week will be enough to maintain the implemented system.
In such stage the customer should have all knowledge to continue to work according the implemented QMS, and QA-Base team will only support questions/ feedbacks/ issues/ questions that will arise in a day to day work.
